Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We keep our return policy simple, fair, and easy to understand. Here’s how it works:
7-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from BuyWander.
You have 7 days from the date of winning your auction to return it for a full refund of what you paid.
⚠️ Note: If we are closed on the day that window would end, you have until the end of our next open day to return it!
For example: If you won an item on Sunday, Jan 1, your return window would be open until Sunday Jan 7. BUT since you can pick up that item on a day we're closed (weekends or holidays), you have until Monday Jan 8 to return that item as normal!
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it.
- Be returned within 7 days from the auction's end date
Refund Options

Refunds are issued back to the card you used at checkout.

No partial refunds — you either return the entire item or keep it.
Key Rules & Deadlines

Payment Deadline: You must pay for won items by 11:59 PM the day after you win. Unpaid items are automatically relisted!

4-Hour Prep Rule: Items must be paid at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup appointment to be included that day.

Restocking Fee: Any item not picked up by the start of Day 8 after the auction ends will be charged a $2 per item restocking fee.
