How do I schedule a pick-up for my items?

After winning an auction, you can schedule a pick-up at our local facility at a time that’s convenient for you—ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience.

🕒 New Policy (Effective May 1st):

All pick-up appointments must now be scheduled at least 3 hours in advance.
This gives our team time to prep your order—whether it’s 1 item or 256.
(Bonus: smarter tech is coming soon, and you’ll eventually be able to book with just 1-hour notice!)

You have three convenient options to book an appointment:

  1. Click the booking link in your order confirmation email after checkout.

  2. Use the direct booking link here.

  3. Book directly in your account profile under "My Orders."

📦 When You Arrive:

Our front desk team will scan each item at pickup to confirm you've received everything.
This helps prevent anything from being missed before you head home.
