How Do I Schedule a Pickup?

Congrats on your win! 🏆 Once you’ve paid for your items, it’s time to book your pickup. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Pay for Your Items

  • All items must be paid for by 11:59 PM the day after you win or they will be relisted.

  • Once paid, your items will be available to schedule for pickup.

  • Important: Items must be paid at least 4 hours before your appointment to be included that day’s pickup.

Step 2: Schedule Online

  • Go to your Appointments Dashboard.

  • Choose the date and time that works best for you.

  • Pickups are available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM.

  • Appointments are required—we can’t accept walk-ins.

Step 3: Show Up & Check In

  • Arrive at your chosen time.

  • Our check-out desk will scan your items to confirm everything is ready.

Other Key Notes

  • Restocking Fee: Items not picked up by the start of Day 8 after the auction ends will incur a $2 per item restocking fee.

  • Returns: You can return items within 7 days of the auction end for WanderBucks or a refund to the card you used at checkout. No partial refunds—either return the full item or keep it.

  • Cart Control: If you decide you no longer want something before checkout, you can now remove items from your cart manually.
