# What is the buyer premium?

At Buywander, a **15% buyer's premium** is added to each winning bid. It helps cover the costs of running our auctions—like staffing, facilities, and software—while also funding future auctions. This small fee streamlines payments and ensures more of the proceeds go toward bringing you the best deals. This fee keeps the magic of Buywander going strong!
