What happens if BuyWander loses my item?

We do everything possible to make sure every item you win gets to you. But mistakes happen, and sometimes an item can’t be found when you arrive for pickup. Here’s what you can expect:

While We Search

  • If an item can’t be located during your pickup, we’ll let you know right away.

  • We’ll continue looking for up to 7 days after your scheduled pickup.

  • During this time, you can decide whether to wait or request an immediate refund.

Your Options

  • Request an immediate refund — issued as WanderBucks or back to the card you used at checkout.

  • Wait up to 7 days while we search.

    • If we still can’t locate the item, you’ll automatically receive a refund on Day 8.

    • No restocking fee is charged if the item was lost by us.
