# What are Mystery Boxes, Variety Packs, and Pallets?

## You may have noticed that along with single items, we also auction non-returnable Mystery Boxes, Variety Packs, and Pallets as well. Here's a quick summary of what those different things mean and what to expect!

### **What are Mystery Boxes, Variety Packs, and Pallets?**

**Mystery Box-** A surprise blind box full of **mixed condition** items. Listing will always have one picture of the box contents, but what lies under that top layer is a mystery! You could find anything from a Gently Used IPhone 14 to an Appears New set of garden gnomes.

**Variety Pack-** Varies a bit by location, these are usually a mix of items all from a similar category or store. You might find a Women's Clothing or Lawn Care Variety pack.

**Salvage/Fixer-Upper Pallet-** Like the large version of a variety pack, Pallets will be a grouping of mixed condition items (usually larger) stacked together on a pallet.

**Other Pallets-** Sometimes we will palletize large items or multiple of the same item (ie floor tiles, cases of water bottles, etc. The condition and details of the items on those pallets will be in the description.

*Please be prepared for pickup of Pallets with a large enough vehicle!*

### **Returns**

**All** Mystery Boxes, Variety Packs, and Pallets are **non-returnable and non-refundable, with *no exceptions.*** Since these are mixes of items packaged together, there is no way to verify the contents before and after a return.
