My item is not what I expected. What do I do?

We sell retail returns—some are brand new, others... well, not so much. We do our best to list items accurately, but since some arrive without packaging or labels, we rely on AI image recognition. It’s not perfect, which is why we offer 7-day hassle-free returns on everything. That’s rare in this industry, but your confidence matters to us! So just bring the item back to the warehouse for a full refund!
