I no longer want an item in my cart. What do I do?

If the item is from a previous auction and you’ve already purchased it, no worries! Just email us at hello@buywander.com, and our tech team can manually remove it for you if it's eligible for return.

If you’ve won the auction, we kindly ask that you complete the purchase. This helps maintain the integrity and fairness of the auction experience for everyone.

However, once the transaction is complete, you still have options:
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy starting from the auction end date—not the pickup date. So if you’ve changed your mind, you can still return the item as long as it's within that window.
