I no longer want an item in my cart. What do I do?

If You Haven’t Paid Yet

You can remove items from your cart manually before checkout.

How to remove an item:

  1. Go to your cart: buywander.com/dashboard/cart

  2. Click Remove next to the item you no longer want

  3. Confirm removal

Note: Bids can’t be withdrawn once placed, but if you haven’t paid yet, removing the item from your cart stops the purchase from going through.

If You Already Paid

Once an item is paid, the purchase is complete—but you still have options:

  • Return within 7 days of the auction end.

  • Refunds are issued as WanderBucks or back to the card used at checkout.

  • No partial refunds—either return the entire item or keep it.

To start a return, bring the item back to your local BuyWander location during pickup hours (see below).

Important Deadlines & Pickup Details

  • Payment deadline: You must pay by 11:59 PM the day after you win or the item is relisted.

  • Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM (by appointment).

  • 4-hour prep rule: Items must be paid at least 4 hours before your pickup appointment to be included in that visit.

  • Restocking fee: $2 per item if not picked up by the start of Day 8 after the auction ends.
